I am a holistic health practitioner with over 15 years of experience working for both a private addiction treatment centre and a hospital-based program, in addition to several years of experience teaching concurrent disorders in the social service worker program at George Brown College. I obtained a BA in sociology and went on to complete a post-graduate certificate in addiction counselling.
In order to compliment my practice, I became a certified psychedelic coach, vinyasa/hatha/kundalini yoga teacher and reiki master, in addition to receiving training in a wide range of therapeutic modalities including mindfulness meditation, various trauma-informed practices, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), emotion-focused therapy (EFT), motivational interviewing (MI), solution-focused therapy (SFT) and narrative therapy.

I believe in the powerful medicine of community, storytelling, sacred ceremony and authentic, loving connection. I believe in our individual and collective ability to heal and integrate all forms of trauma—no matter how severe or debilitating.
